Nitecapp Content Quality Standards

For Suppliers and Educators uploading content to the nitecapp education platform.

Nitecapp empowers beverage suppliers to educate and inspire hospitality professionals through engaging, structured content. To ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the platform, all submitted content must adhere to the following standards.

General Content Standards

Content must be brand-accurate, relevant to hospitality professionals, and designed to educate, not just promote.

  • All text should be concise, clear, and free of grammatical errors.
  • All modules and standalone assets should reinforce key learning outcomes.
  • All content must align with Nitecapp’s mission to educate, inspire, and elevate frontline professionals.

Minimum quality criteria:

  • Well-lit visuals with professional framing
  • Clean, branded or neutral backgrounds
  • Landscape orientation for course videos; vertical for short-form videos and recipe tutorials

If you do not have access to professional production capabilities, Nitecapp can assist in two ways:

  • Act as a production partner to produce the content on your behalf
